Ingredients:24 stalks of asparagus12 slices of prosciuttoolive oil

Instructions :

1 . Snap off the woody stop of the asparagus .   For those that have never done this before – just hold the heart and bottom death of the husk and flex until the end snaps off .

    • Do NOT throw these away — seal them in a bag and salt away them in your freezer to use in vegetable stock or soup later .

2 . piece prosciutto lengthwise and wrap each asparagus stalk .

3 . Drizzle olive oil in the turgid skillet on intermediate heat .   Once the oil is hot up – grade a level of Asparagus officinales in the pan .

4 . warmth 2 - 3 second on each side until the prosciutto begins to brown and become crisp and the edible asparagus becomes slightly fork cutter .   ( you’re able to also broil the lance for 7 - 10 minutes if you prefer )

5 . Remove forthwith from the pan and serve . * There is no pauperism to bestow any salt to this recipe – the prosciutto supply enough flavor without any additional seasonings .
