A huge snowstorm blew throught the northeast on October 29th , so early on in the time of year that many of our trees were still leafed out . All that extra open field mean the trees collected way more snowfall than normal , resulting in monolithic damage . Even a week and a half later , thou of people are still without mogul . For the most part , citizenry are dealing with it quite well , even with the deficiency of heat and hot water supply . Brr ! But there are an abominable lot of unhappy nurseryman here who have turn a loss multiple beloved tree . Their losses might be well illustrated by these photos sent in byScott Hokunson , a landscape house decorator ( and near friend of mine ) in Granby , Connecticut . Scott says , “ Our community is heartbroken over the damage done to the Granby Oak , as it has stood as a symbolisation for the Ithiel Town of Granby for one C . you could find out much more information on the link below , as well as pictures of it in sound times . ”
