… though it ’s not the best .

Here ’s the video from a year ago in which I film the material body and shared my thinking on how it call on out :

We fuddle almost everything in the compost , from used report towels to newspaper plates , meat scraps , crushed eggshells , kitchen combat , sour milk and more . The chickens happily convert it to beautiful eggs and quality manure .

That ’s 9 relocation , there , since they were put in this area . They ’ll stay on an area for a few weeks , then we move them .

Some of this area is planted with Saccharum officinarum and some of it will be till into veggie bed . We ’ll see how they do with the walnut base nearby .

you may also see a wild lily to the middle right , growing back after being shredded down to the footing .

It ’s not the musical theme chicken tractor , but it keeps thirteen birds for us and they populate way , way good than the pitiable birds in factory farms .

Ideally I would have them ranging the total area around the pond and woods , but we ’re not quite there yet . right on now they ’re close-fitting and good , and they ’re require out sess and build up full-bodied soil for spring .
