White Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Serves 8

INGREDIENTS

1 egg , slightly beaten

⅔ cup saccharide

3 tablespoons flour

2 cups‘Fortna White’or other white-hot pumpkin ( cook and puréed in blender )

Scant ½ teaspoonful cloves

½   teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon cinnamon bark

1 tablespoon King Golden Syrup or molasses

¼ teaspoon salinity

1- 12 - ounce can evaporated Milk River

9 - inch unbaked Proto-Indo European case

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Blend all ingredient except evaporated milk . whisk broom in the milk and pour into the Proto-Indo European shell . Sprinkle a morsel of cinnamon on top . Bake for 40 - 50 minutes or until the center of the Proto-Indo European is solid ( does n’t wiggle when shaken ) .
